NEW PSA & Press Release: Pregnancy & Chiropractic

The newest F4CP Public Service Announcement (PSA) focuses on the benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy. It will be distributed to over 1,000 TV stations nationwide, as well as to dozens of social media outlets. To complement the new PSA, the F4CP distributed a press release with similar messaging. The press release was distributed to 10,000 online, social and print media outlets. Both the PSA and press release highlight the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health Report on acetaminophen use during pregnancy and its link to ADHD in children

Download the PSA and press release below:

The F4CP expects the new PSA to be aired for years to come. Often times, an F4CP PSA will continue to air, when appropriate, for years following distribution. As a reminder, all F4CP contributors are permitted to personalize and use F4CP marketing material in local campaigns, on personal websites and in reception areas. For more information about membership, contact Mary Anne at: Maryanne@foundation4cp.com.

Promotion Around F4CP Membership Directory

The F4CP is establishing an online, national membership directory that will be promoted in all F4CP material -- including PSAs, advertisements, advertorials, social syndications and press releases. The new directory will provide the public with an easy way to search local doctors of chiropractic. Search functionality will include name, city and state, and zip code.

When launched, the new directory will
be located at www.F4CP.com/FindaDoctor.

Development of the F4CP directory coincides with the development of a more aggressive advertisement campaign. The F4CP received production assistance, for the more than 20 ads that will make up the campaign, from the marketing teams of Dynamic Chiropractic and ChiroTouch. The new ads are very effective in educating and motivating patients to seek chiropractic care, and will be made available to F4CP members within the next few weeks.

Reminder: All current F4CP contributors will have their name and address included within the new directory. Those who contribute $25 or higher per month will receive an enhanced listing, which includes practice website, testimonials, specialties, awards and more. To become a contributor or increase your monthly contribution, contact Mary Anne at: Maryanne@foundation4cp.com.

F4CP Offers Ads in Spanish

The F4CP is excited to offer several of its popular ads in Spanish. The first two to be translated will be the ad focusing on chiropractic during pregnancy and the ad featuring General Halstead as a Champion of Chiropractic. View both ads below:

What Is Recommend One - Get Involved

Last month, the F4CP introduced its latest initiative Recommend One, which aims to encourage doctors to participate and provide the tools needed to recommend patients, family and friends to pursue a career in chiropractic. As mentioned, the new initiative was prompted by the findings of surveys conducted by Chiropractic Economics and the ACC's consultant, Widmeyer. The findings confirmed that doctors of chiropractic have interest and great influence in recommending patients, family and friends to a career in chiropractic.

The F4CP hopes all of the major stakeholders within the profession will support the initiative.

Below is an update on activities:

  • Retired Brigadier General Becky Halstead will serve as the spokesperson for Recommend One.
  • The official launch of Recommend One will occur during the FCA National Convention & Expo in August. General Halstead will be in attendance.
  • During the launch, several prominent doctors -- nominated by state associations and colleges -- that have recruited the largest number of students to chiropractic education will be recognized.
  • Recommend One posters and pads that communicate the perks of a chiropractic career will be distributed at FCA to doctors interested in supporting the initiative.
  • All F4CP marketing material that focuses on Recommend One messaging (chiropractic education), will include the link: www.ConsiderChiropractic.org which will direct visitors to the ACC website: www.DiscoverChirorpactic.org.

Attendees walked away from the program with a better understanding about social media and precise strategies to support success.

Jason Deitch, D.C., founder, AmpLIFEied, shares: "For doctors to be successful on social media they must provide value to their practice's social networks by sharing great stuff every day. AmpLIFEied makes that simple to do."

Whether or not you had the chance to attend the recent webinar, the F4CP encourages you to visit www.F4CPamplifeied.com to take advantage of valuable, health-related posts for social media.
